Shipping

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier partner assigned through Shiprocket.
Delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Damaged Delivery

If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please do not light or use it. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged/broken product claim.
