QuiteFlame is an online home décor and candle brand based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability.
We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other supported payment methods available at checkout.
Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped through our shipping partners via Shiprocket. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

5. Refunds & Returns

Refunds: Available only if the order has not been shipped. A 10% platform/processing fee will be deducted from eligible refunds.
Returns: Accepted only for candles that arrive broken or damaged.
A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened is mandatory for any damage claim.
Candles that have been lit, used, or altered are not eligible for return or replacement.
